Each appointment includes: • Fully customized color match for your undertone • Even, streak-free airbrush application • Fast-drying, comfortable formula • Prep spray included for best results • Setting powder to leave you feeling dry & fresh I offer both in-home studio appointments (Ontario, CA) and mobile spray tanning throughout Southern California. There is an additional travel fee for services outside of a 15 mile radius of Ontario. Travel beyond 15 miles is $1 per additional mile. Cancellation Policy
At Tru Island Glow, your experience is curated with intention and care. To ensure each client receives the highest level of service, the following policies are in place:
🤎Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance at the time of service.
🤎Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens - I completely understand. However, to respect the time and preparation involved in each appointment, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
🤎Reschedule Limit
Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the full cost of the appointment must be paid upfront in order to book again.
🤎Final Sales
Please note: Refunds are not issued for services that have been completed or for appointments paid in full.
